COMMUNITY DESIGN GUIDELINES & ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PROCESS

Any improvements to your Havenwood lot require Architectural Review Board approval. From home or outbuilding construction, hardscaping (wall, pool, fencing, etc.) and landscaping, even exterior painting.

 

Review the Community Design Guidelines here and download and complete the Architectural Review application. The application and digital plans can be sent to info@aquitymg.com.  Review fee checks can be mailed to:
